Till now the company has built of more than 2.5 million sq. feet constructed area. We have had privilege of providing homes to more than 2000 families and work place to professionals and entrepreneurs.

In 2004 Ratan Housing Development Limited, an ISO 9001-2000 company came into existence and in last three years company has extended its activities to Lucknow, Pune, Navi Mumbai and Goa. Residential and commercial projects are under construction in all these cities as well as near completion in Kanpur.
